   How long does it take to get my server set up?
   
  We guarantee that all our standard server configurations will be setup within 3 business days. Setup times are often less then this.

   Can my server's hardware be upgraded?
   
  You can upgrade your server to a larger plan at any time. We charge a $150 upgrade fee when changing server plans. Or you may add additional add-on hardware (i.e extra hard drive, more RAM).
   
   
   How do I add additional IPs? Is there an upgrade fee?
   
  You can purchase additional IPs for $10.00 per month for 10 additional IP addresses. These can be added at any time by using our add-on order form or contacting support@hostabox.com directly.
   
   
   Will my server have a web-based control panel?
   
  As an option we can install the cpanel/whm control panel software on your server, other control panel software available upon request (license fees apply)
   
   
   Who's responsible for the server hardware?
   
  HostingCampus.com is responsible for your server's hardware. If there is a hardware failure we will get it fixed as soon as possible.
   
   
   Will I have Root Control?
   
  Yes, you will have complete access and control over your server
   
   
   How often do you monitor the data center and servers?
   
  We monitor our data center and servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to make sure your server is up and always running.
   
   
    What if I go above my allotted bandwidth?
   
  You will be charged $1/gig extra.
   
   
   Do you provide technical support?
   
  Yes! We provide unlimited 24/7 tech support to help you get used to having your own server and help with any technical issues you might have. This is completely free of charge.
   
   
   Am I forced into an annual contract?
   
  No! You can have a monthly contract and cancel at any time.
   
   What if I want to pay in advance?
   
  We currently offer free first month of service to customers who pay a year in advance.
   
   
   Do you have an uptime guarantee?
