long does it take to get my server set up? |

We guarantee that all our standard server configurations
will be setup within 3 business days. Setup times are often less then
this. |

Can my server's
hardware be upgraded? |

You can upgrade your server to a larger plan at any
time. We charge a $150 upgrade fee when changing server plans. Or
you may add additional add-on hardware (i.e extra hard drive, more
RAM). |

add additional IPs? Is there an upgrade fee? |

You can purchase additional IPs for $10.00 per month
for 10 additional IP addresses. These can be added at any time by
using our add-on order form or contacting support@hostabox.com directly. |
